Since 1999, I've worked as a Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher and International Speaker helping people to change the course of their health.

I'm the founder of ZenLife Yoga & Wellness Retreats and WOW (Wellness Of Women) an online safe space for women who are ready to finally achieve all of their wellness goals.

I help hard working women who are burdened by the stress and strain of modern living to 
safely find peace, joy and happiness in their lives again.
