Hi, I'm Louise

Lovely to  meet you, thanks for taking time to drop by; 
because I'm sure you are very busy...
 I help ambitious executives & entrepreneurs, just like you who are overworked and burning the candle at both ends - 
exhausted with the struggle to juggle work, life admin, family & friends.  

Since setting up one of the first Holistic Centres in Ireland in 1999, 
I work as a Transformational Mind-Body- Health Coach, 
Soul Yoga Teacher and International Speaker.

Sharing tried and trusted lifestyle and mindset skills I help women who
feel burdened by the stress and strain of modern living to safely find peace, joy and happiness So That You feel fulfilled and Live Healthily Ever After.

The only problem is, you're so busy trying to get through everything 
already clogging up your never-ending to-do list, slowing down and 
taking care of yourself is the absolute last thing on your mind! 
Especially during these covid times.

I'm the founder of ZenLife Retreats, the creator of The REFRESH Method 
and WOW Wellness Of Women; an online safe space for women who are ready to finally achieve all of their wellness goals.

It has been an honour to be a facilitator for Trainee Manager's in Bank 
of Ireland and Ulster Bank and also provide corporate wellness programmes for IBM,  Symantec Ltd., HSE, Bernardos, Bank of Ireland Finance, 
Institute of Bankers, etc. 

Over the years I have been a guest speaker at many events and recently as the world moves online, I had to adjust to speaking into the laptop camera lens to transmit to online stages in Ireland, England and America, sharing strategies for healthy, vibrant living.  During 2020 I appeared as a guest on podcasts and international online stages, sharing strategies to cultivate calmness during the covid19 challenges.

My Story
In my 20’s, while recovering from a car accident, I became very interested in a holistic approach to health. “Even though I was feeling utterly self-conscious and completely out of condition, I pushed through the self-doubt and plucked up the courage to attend my very first Yoga class, and that was the day my life changed”, I remember telling a friend.

Fortunate to make a full recovery and no-longer needing the surgery that was planned, I began my studies in Yoga, Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Meditation, Mindfulness and Holistic Healthy Eating.

Since setting up one of the first Holistic Therapy Centres in Ireland in 1999 I have helped hundreds of individuals, small businesses, large companies and community groups to change the course of their health by learning how to manage stress, ease aches and ailments and finally feel free to live a happy, healthy life.  My work has been featured on RTE television, local radio, in the Irish Times Health Supplement and during 2020 I appeared on online stages nationally and internationally helping people to cultivate calmness so that you can stay on top of your health and wellbeing during these challenging times.

I recognise how important self-knowledge and self-care are for vibrant health and wellbeing.

With a wealth of personal and professional experience, a passion for helping others and a calm, caring nature I will help you to change the course of your health so that you can restore balance and harmony to live a full and happy life.
