Hi, I'm Louise

Lovely to  meet you, thanks for taking time to visit the website. 
Since 1999, I work as a Transformational Health Coach, Yoga Teacher 
and International Speaker helping busy people to Master Their Health 
So That They Live Healthily Ever After.

I'm the founder of ZenLife Yoga Retreats and the creator of Wellness Of Women; an online safe space for women who are ready to finally 
achieve all of their wellness goals.

I help hard working women who are burdened by the stress and strains of modern living safely find peace, joy and happiness in their lives again.

The only problem is, you're so busy trying to get through everything already clogging up your never-ending to-do list, slowing down and taking care of yourself is the absolute last thing on your mind!

It has been an honour to be a facilitator for Trainee Manager's in 
Bank of Ireland and Ulster Bank and also provide corporate wellness programmes for IBM,  Symantec Ltd., HSE, Bernardos, 
Bank of Ireland Finance, Institute of Bankers, etc. 
Over the years I have been a guest speaker at many events and recently as the world moves online, I had to adjust to speaking into the laptop camera lens to transmit to online stages in Ireland, England and America, sharing strategies for healthy, vibrant living.

Louise's Story
In her 20’s, while recovering from a car accident, Louise became very interested in a holistic approach to health. “Even though I was feeling utterly self-conscious and completely out of condition, I pushed through the self-doubt and plucked up the courage to attend my very first Yoga class, and that was the day my life changed”, she says.

Fortunate to make a full recovery and no-longer needing the surgery that was planned, she began her studies in Yoga, Psychotherapy, Stress Management, Meditation, Mindfulness and Holistic Healthy Eating.

Since setting up one of the first Holistic Therapy Centres in Ireland in 1999 she has helped hundreds of individuals, small businesses, large companies and community groups. Her work has been featured on RTE television, local radio and in the Irish Times Health Supplement.

Louise recognises how important self-knowledge and self-care are for vibrant health and wellbeing.

With a wealth of personal and professional experience, a passion for helping others and a calm, caring nature she will help you to change the course of your health so that you can restore balance and harmony to live a full and happy life.
